Ingredients
  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Peanuts
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 4 tablespoon Pad Thai Sauce
Instructions
  1. Julienne the zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, and cucumber.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the julienned vegetables, bean sprouts, chopped green onion, and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the vegetables.
  4. Add the pad Thai sauce and toss well to coat.
  5. Garnish with crushed peanuts.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
