  • 2 cup Mixed Berries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Gluten-free Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Oil
  • 0.5 cup Almond Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the raw mango, mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the coconut oil and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  5. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbly dough mixture over the fruit.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
