Ingredients
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a paste.
  2. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until well combined.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll the truffles in shredded coconut to coat.
  6. Place the truffles in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
