Ingredients
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Eggplant
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 10 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the different vegetables.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the marinade over the kababs.
  5. Preheat the grill over medium heat.
  6. Grill the kababs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
