Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly and drain.
  2. In a saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.
  3. Add quinoa and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff quinoa with a fork and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Divide quinoa into bowls and top with raspberries, almonds, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
