Ingredients
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Peaches
  • 1 teaspoon Agar Agar
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • few for garnish Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine raspberries, peaches, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, sprinkle agar agar over 1/4 cup water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the agar agar dissolves completely.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Gradually pour the fruit mixture into the saucepan with agar agar while stirring continuously.
  6. Pour the mixture into dome-shaped silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Once set, carefully remove the domes from the molds and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
