Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup Almond meal
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond meal, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  4. Spread raspberries evenly over the mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow it to cool completely before slicing into squares.
