Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1.5 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly and drain.
  2. In a saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.
  3. Add quinoa, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mash raspberries with a fork to release juice.
  5. After quinoa has cooked for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff quinoa with a fork and stir in mashed raspberries, honey, almonds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
