Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken thighs
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine all the spices, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a roasting pan and rub them with the spice mixture.
  4. Add the onion, garlic cloves, and ginger to the roasting pan.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and continue roasting for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
  8. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
