Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Ramen noodles
  • 2 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
