  • 2 piece Bell peppers
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 150 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Cut the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the vegetable skewers with the marinade.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
