Ingredients
  • 2 cup Lettuce
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Bell Peppers
  • 1 piece Carrots
  • 4 piece Radishes
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Black Olives
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, radishes, red onion, corn, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
