Ingredients
  • 2 cup Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Avocado
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, red cabbage, corn, avocado, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
