  • 200 gram Sweet potato
  • 200 gram Beetroot
  • 200 gram Carrot
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potato, beetroot, carrot, and zucchini into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the vegetable rounds with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
