  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 medium Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 large Carrot
  • 1 medium English Cucumber
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, bell peppers, carrot, English cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
