Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 2 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the quinoa and almond milk. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked and the mixture has thickened.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, raisins, and chopped nuts.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
