Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop out tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Gently flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
