Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mixed berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the quinoa, oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the coconut oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve the quinoa-oat crumble topping over mixed berries. Enjoy!
