Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the quinoa fritters until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
