Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green beans
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and wash them.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic.
  3. Stir-fry the green beans with garlic for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
