Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
