  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 1 can White beans
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add diced tomatoes and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
