Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  5. Return the soup to the pot and heat over low heat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
