  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage, grate the carrot, and thinly slice the red bell pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced red bell pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
