  • 2 head Endive
  • 1 head Escarole
  • 1 head Frisee
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the endive, escarole, and frisee. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the greens to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until wilted.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
