Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onion is translucent.
  3. Add curry powder and turmeric powder. Stir well.
  4. Add cauliflower, carrot, bell pepper, and green beans. Saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and season with salt. Stir well.
  6. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
