  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 150 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the red onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the bell peppers and zucchini to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
