Ingredients
  • 2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 ounce Dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the coconut mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  8. Pour the melted chocolate over the baked coconut mixture.
  9. Spread the chocolate evenly using a spatula.
  10. Let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour, or until the chocolate hardens.
  11. Once hardened, break the coconut bark into small pieces.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
