  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 100 gram Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add pumpkin seeds to the pan and toast them for a few minutes until golden brown.
