Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Grease a mini muffin tin with butter.
  4. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  7. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Dip each pumpkin popper into the melted butter, then roll in powdered sugar.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
