Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pumpkin
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add pumpkin and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer until the pumpkin is cooked.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
