Ingredients
  • 500 gram Pumpkin
  • 100 gram Flour
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the pumpkin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated pumpkin, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  4. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the pumpkin mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the pumpkin batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove the fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
