Ingredients
  • 1 cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 piece Green chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, water, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  2. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a pancake.
  5. Cook on medium heat until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
