Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  3. Rinse the potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
  4. Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel.
  5. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  6. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
