  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 150 gram Zucchini
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets, slice the carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini.
  3. Toss the vegetables with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
