Ingredients
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almond butter
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Enjoy!
