Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes or until they are fork-tender.
