Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Beans
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and cook until they release their juices.
  4. Add cooked beans, boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
