Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until golden.
  4. Add peas to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Drain the boiled potatoes and add them to the pan.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
