Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the potatoes and onion.
  2. Squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, onion, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  5. Take a handful of the potato mixture and shape it into a flat patty.
  6. Place the patties in the frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
