Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 50 gram Bread crumbs
  • 20 gram Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, chopped onion, bread crumbs, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  6. Fry the patties on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
