Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Add the diced potatoes and water. Cover and simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
