Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Peas
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped potatoes, peas, and carrots. Stir to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well.
  7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
