Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Chickpeas
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium-sized Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add boiled potatoes and chickpeas. Stir gently.
  5. Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
