Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the potato pieces and toss until coated evenly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
