Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 250 gram Onions
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Finely chop the onions.
  3. Squeeze out the excess water from the grated potatoes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onions, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and water to form a thick batter.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  6. Take a spoonful of the potato batter and drop it into the hot oil.
  7. Flatten the batter slightly using the back of the spoon to form a pocket shape.
  8. Fry the pockets until golden brown on both sides.
  9. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
