Ingredients
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Okra
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 chopped Green Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • for garnishing chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute for a minute.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Add potatoes and okra. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
