Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • for garnish chopped Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
  6. Add the paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  7. Return the potatoes to the pan and mix everything together.
  8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
