  • 2 cup Red kidney beans
  • 2 links Linguica sausage
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 large Potato
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 leaf Bay leaves
  • 4 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add linguica sausage, onion, and garlic. Cook until sausage is browned and onion is translucent.
  3. Add carrots, potatoes, cabbage, tomato, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. Add red kidney beans, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaves and stir in parsley. Let the soup rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
