Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
